The Controller may also process the data for the purpose of pursuing possible claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary, however, it is necessary to execute the concluded contract or issue an invoice. - The Controller will process your data for the following purposes: – analysis of offers, conclusion and execution of contracts and orders, in particular in connection with business correspondence (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); – in matters of pursuing claims on account of the conducted business activity, defending against these claims, as part of the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); – for the purpose of issuing and submitting invoices, keeping accounting books and tax documentation, fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract, and then for the period indicated by tax and accounting regulations. In connection with pursuing claims, the data may be stored until their limitation period, but not longer than 3 years.
