THE POLICY DESCRIBES THE PRINCIPLES OF COLLECTING AND USING THE DATA OF THE WEBSITE USERS, WHICH ARE COLLECTED DIRECTLY FROM THEM OR THROUGH COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES.

Scope of the collected data

  1. The website allows you to contact the Controller and provide them with identification and contact data as well as data related to the content of a message.
  2. The Controller collects data related to your activity, such as time spent on the website, search phrases, the number of subpages viewed, the date and source of the visit.

Data source.

  1. If you have contacted the Controller, the data have been made available to us directly from you.
  2. If your data have been provided in connection with a matter being handled by a person who referred the matter to the Controller, the source of the data is that person. In such a case the Controller receives identification and contact details as well as data related to the matter and its description.

Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data.

Your data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • analysing network traffic, ensuring security on the website and adapting the content to the needs of users on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • answering the questions asked, providing the ordered offer and conducting correspondence in order to handle the matter, on the basis of your consent and the legitimate interest of the Controller, which is the execution of users’ requests (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).

Right to withdraw consent

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your contact data at any time by contacting the Controller. Withdrawing your consent may make it difficult or impossible to contact you.

Obligation or voluntariness to provide data

  1. Providing your data for the purposes related to handling the matter is voluntary, but necessary. Failure to provide them may make it difficult or impossible to process your matter.
  2. Providing data necessary for the static analysis of the website users is voluntary. You may use the so-called incognito mode in order to browse the website without providing the Controller with information about your visit. The use of incognito mode, and therefore the refusal to provide data, does not affect the possibility to use the website.

Rights resulting from the GDPR in terms of processed data

You have the right to:

  • request from the Controller to access your data, as well as to receive their copy (Article 15 GDPR);
  • request from the Controller to rectify or correct the data (Article 16 GDPR) – in relation to the request to rectify the data, when you notice that the data is incorrect or incomplete;
  • request from the Controller to erase the data (Article 17 GDPR);
  • request from the Controller to restrict the processing of the data (Article 18 GDPR) – e.g. if you notice that the data are incorrect, you can request to restrict the processing of your data for a period allowing us to verify the accuracy of the data;
  • complain in connection with the processing of your personal data by the Controller to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Recipients of your personal data

The recipients of your personal data may only be entities that are entitled to receive them under the provisions of law. In addition, your data may be made available to hosting and mail servers providers.

Duration of data storage

Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent or until the matter is handled, and then until the expiry of the limitation period for the parties’ claims related to its handling.

Traffic analysis data collected through cookies and similar technologies may be stored until the cookie expires. Some cookies never expire, so the storage time will be equivalent to the time necessary for the Controller to achieve the purposes of data collection, such as ensuring security and analysing historical data related to the website traffic.

Transfer of data to a third country or international organisation

Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

Use of cookies and similar technologies

  • The website enables the collection of information about the user through cookies and similar technologies, the use of which is usually associated with the installation of this tool on the user’s device (computer, smartphone etc.).
